TaleBud is provided by TaleBud, Spain. Contact: hola@talebud.com. By using TaleBud you accept these terms; if you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
TaleBud is an educational tool for children learning to read, meant to be used with adult supervision. Accounts always belong to an adult, who accepts these terms and the privacy policy. It’s for personal and family use, not commercial use.
If you’re a consumer, you can withdraw from the subscription within 14 calendar days of buying it, without giving a reason, by emailing hola@talebud.com. Because Premium starts working as soon as you buy it (you ask us to when paying), if you withdraw we’ll refund what you paid minus the proportional part of the time you’ve already used. We’ll refund you using the same payment method within 14 days.
Stories, illustrations and activities are created with artificial intelligence and may contain errors. We filter what goes in and what comes out so it’s suitable for children, but no filter is perfect: that’s why we recommend adult supervision. If you see something inappropriate, email us and we’ll review it.
You may not use TaleBud to create content inappropriate for children, try to bypass the service’s limits or security, automate requests or resell the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
The ideas, drawings and voice recordings are yours. You can read, print and share the stories you create for personal and family use. We only use what’s needed to provide the service (see the privacy policy) and never for ads. The TaleBud brand, its characters, design and software are ours.
We take all reasonable care for TaleBud to work well, but being in beta it may have bugs or change. We’re not liable for indirect damages from using the app, except where the law doesn’t allow liability to be limited (for example, intent or gross negligence). Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.
If we change anything relevant in these terms, we’ll publish it here and, if you have an account, let you know in the app. They’re governed by Spanish law; if you’re a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence or use consumer arbitration and out-of-court dispute resolution schemes.
